A few words about me
My name is Felix Benderoth. My sporting career began early: at the age of 14, I moved from Kassel to Kiel to attend the THW Kiel boarding school, where I gained formative experience in competitive youth sports. At the same time, I discovered my passion for training theory and began acquiring licences, studying specialist literature and coaching my first athletes and teams while still at school. I deepened this enthusiasm by studying sports science and biology in Kiel. After my active playing career, I spent four years helping to build up the athletics department at THW Kiel and gained experience in competitive tennis and football before my path led me to ratiopharm Ulm in the German Basketball League. My greatest successes to date are finishing runner-up in the BBL25, training with two NBA draft picks and successfully completing Germany's highest level of athletics coaching training at the age of 22.
