CANCELLATION POLICY
SPECIAL FEATURE PRINT ON DEMAND
Since we at Felix Benderoth Athletic only pass the printing order on to our partner after the order has been placed, meaning that the product is only completed then, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will cover returns of more than €60. If you have ordered a higher value, we cannot refund the return within six months. Please also note our size charts to avoid multiple orders. We ask for your understanding!
GENERAL RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer but to the company address (Felix Benderoth Athletic).
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will, where possible, send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and after a few days the credit will automatically be applied to your payment account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear.

OFFER ITEMS
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@fbathletic.de and send the item to:

SHIPMENT
To return your product, you should send your product to: Klotzstraße 11, Kiel, Schleswig Holstein, 24118, Germany.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in. Since we currently only deliver within Germany, the average delivery time is 5-7 days.
If you are shipping items of a higher value, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return!
