My name is Felix Benderoth, I am studying sports science at the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel and am currently working as an athletic director for the THW Kiel Juniors and independently supervise handball, tennis and football competitive athletes in the athletics field. At the age of 15, I moved from Kassel to Kiel to boarding school because of competitive sports, where I was able to complete my high school diploma with a grade of 1.4 alongside sports. Since I was 17, I have been actively involved with human performance and, after completing various licenses, many internships and, above all, the necessary reading work and practical experience, I have already been able to record several successes with my athletes. In the summer of 2021, I published the "Young Athletes Handbook" as a guide for young athletes. I am characterized above all by a great deal of ambition and hunger for success when it comes to working with the athletes I am allowed to supervise.
